Sophie Milliken MBE will lead the panel discussion to uncover untold stories of successful entrepreneurs and the challenges they faced while running a fast-track start-up business.

The panellists, including Ben White, Rebecca Hartley, Lisa Eaton, and Dr Alka Patel, will delve into their experiences and share exclusive insights on the reality of running a successful business in today's fast-paced and ever-changing market. Rebecca Hartley is an accomplished entrepreneur, single parent and businesswoman who shares her personal and professional journey as an inspirational speaker.

As the founder and director of Saving Grace Events and co-director of The Barlaston Estate, Rebecca's entrepreneurial spirit led to her being shortlisted for the Northern Gamechangers award in 2022 and Outstanding Entrepreneur Award at the Northern Power Women Awards in 2023.

Saving Grace Events, a full-service event management company based in Knutsford, Cheshire, deliver extraordinary experiences for people-centric organisations and create unforgettable memories for their audiences. Ben White

Ben White has been disrupting the norms in technology for nearly 3 decades, founding tech start-ups and turning them into market leaders.

Having the ability to understand the technology through a commercial lens led Ben to not only found and sell technology businesses amounting to $841 million but also invest in over 54 businesses through Notion Capital, which currently has 5 unicorns. Ben is currently Co-founder and Executive Chair of Upp, decision intelligence software for online retailing.
